Licensing Tiers
TalentCastIQ offers three licensing options. Each talent sets their own price for each tier. Regardless of the tier selected, every request requires a full written explanation from the business detailing exactly how they intend to use the talent's likeness. This explanation is reviewed by the talent for approval and is permanently stored on record for legal protection.
1. Project-Based License
A one-time license for a single, defined project.
- Usage rights are scoped to one specific project.
- The license expires when the project concludes.
- The business must specify the project name, description, intended platforms, and exactly how the talent's likeness will be used.
- Talent reviews and approves or denies each request before any assets are released.
- Pricing is set individually by each talent.
2. Yearly License
An annual license covering multiple campaigns within a 12-month period.
- Usage rights are valid for one full calendar year from the approval date.
- The business must describe all intended uses and platforms at the time of request.
- Renewal requires a new request and fresh talent approval.
- Talent reviews and approves or denies the request before any assets are released.
- Pricing is set individually by each talent.
3. Lifetime License
A perpetual license with no expiration date.
- Usage rights are permanent and do not require renewal.
- The business must provide a comprehensive description of all current and anticipated uses.
- All stated uses are recorded and retained permanently as part of the legal agreement.
- Talent reviews and approves or denies the request before any assets are released.
- Pricing is set individually by each talent.
